Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Lattice VPN application and service (“the Service”), provided by Neuro AI Studios. By installing or using Lattice VPN, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of service

Lattice VPN is a virtual private network service that routes your internet traffic through one of our region servers using the WireGuard protocol with Rosenpass post-quantum key exchange. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use the Service. You are solely responsible for any use of the Service made under your account.

3. Subscription and billing

Lattice VPN offers Basic and Pro subscription tiers. Subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and are governed by Apple’s standard subscription terms:

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID’s Subscriptions settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple per their standard refund policy.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of the region server you connect to
• Distribute malware, conduct denial-of-service attacks, or scan systems you do not own
• Send unsolicited bulk email (spam) or perform email-related abuse
• Engage in copyright infringement (the Service is not a tool for piracy)
• Distribute content involving the sexual exploitation of minors
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our written permission

We reserve the right to terminate accounts engaging in any of the above without notice or refund.

5. No-logs commitment

We do not log your browsing activity, source IP, or DNS queries. See our Privacy Policy for the complete data handling description.

We will respond to lawful requests for information from competent authorities, but cannot produce information we do not collect or retain. See our warrant canary for the latest status on requests received.

6. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Region servers may be taken offline for maintenance, software updates, or in response to abuse. We provide multiple regions so a single region’s unavailability does not prevent service use.

We do not guarantee any specific connection speed. Speed depends on factors including your local internet connection, the chosen region’s network conditions, and the destination service’s responsiveness.

7. Intellectual property

The Lattice VPN client application, server software, brand, logo, and documentation are owned by Neuro AI Studios and licensed to you for personal use under these Terms. The underlying open-source components (WireGuard, Rosenpass, others) are governed by their respective licenses.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEURO AI STUDIOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neuro AI Studios from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app on next launch. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate these Terms at any time by uninstalling the Service and cancelling any active subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Honolulu, Hawaii.
